Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction

    Welcome to our Sandbox Environment (the “Sandbox”), a testing space provided by Paysafe Holdings UK Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company registration number 03202517, with its registered office at 1st Floor, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7AD, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for developers and partners to explore, test, and integrate with our Embedded Wallet Services. By accessing or using the Sandbox, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Sandbox Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and our Partner Code, the latest version of which is available here, our Comprehensive Privacy Notice, the latest version of which is available here, and any other policy and instructions as we may provide from time to time (“Policies”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and the Policies, you should not use the Sandbox.

  2. Eligibility

    Access to the Sandbox is granted solely at our discretion. To access and use the Sandbox, you must:

    • Register for an account with us and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
    • Agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our Policies.
  3. Use of the Sandbox

    You are authorized to use the Sandbox solely for the purpose of developing, testing, and integrating with our services. You agree not to:

    • Use the Sandbox for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.
    • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Sandbox or the services provided through the Sandbox.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data.

    Please note that any information you provide in the Sandbox may be visible to other users. In that regard, we advise that you do not provide any sensitive information, trade secrets, or any other confidential data in the Sandbox. We expressly reject any liability for the disclosure of sensitive information that has been uploaded to the Sandbox and subsequently made public.

  4. Data and Privacy
    1. When registering an account to use the Sandbox you are required to provide certain personal data and other information to access and use the Sandbox. Any personal data you provide to access the Sandbox services will be processed in accordance with our Comprehensive Privacy Notice.
    2. In uploading data to the Sandbox environment for testing you agree to:
      • Use only fictitious/test data in the Sandbox environment and not input any real personal data which identifies any natural person.
      • Ensure that all data you provide is lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
      • Retain full responsibility and liability for any data you upload to the Sandbox environment.
  5. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights in the Sandbox and the services provided through the Sandbox are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Sandbox for the purposes set forth in these Terms. You agree not to:

    • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Sandbox or the services.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software used in the Sandbox.
  6. Fees and Payment

    Access to the Sandbox is provided free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees for access to or use of the Sandbox in the future. You will be notified of any applicable fees in advance, and your continued use of the Sandbox will constitute your acceptance of such fees.

  7. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Sandbox at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Sandbox and destroy any materials obtained from the Sandbox.

  8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Sandbox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Sandbox, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Walles, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.

  11. Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Sandbox after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
